Studios are booked daily and hourly. With and without an engineer.
A studio day = 10 hours but additional time is often possible.
Session start time must be stated and agreed to 24 hours in advance.
Minimum charge is for 2 hours.
Billable session hours will extend from either the agreed start time or arrival time (whichever is earlier) through until the end of load out and completion of back ups.
50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve studio time
The balance is due on the first day of the session.
Any incidentals and additional time will be invoiced at the completion of the session and the final invoice must be paid before any files or media will be released.
5% GST will be added to the entire invoice. 7% PST on all media, supplies and rentals.
Hourly bookings for Studio 1, 2 or 3 can be made a maximum 1 week in advance.
Payment is accepted by cheque, wire transfer and credit card.
5% surcharge will be added to all disbursements.
All requests for tape release (sign out), are to be made during normal office hours, Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Other times must be arranged in advance.
The client/artist is responsible for any costs associated with return or retrieval of media, backups or session notes.
The Warehouse Studio Inc, has sole discretion, and reserves the right to substitute comparable facilities for the originally scheduled sessions.
The Warehouse Studio bears no responsibility, legally or financially, for any articles brought into or left at the studio including master tapes and media.
